I have been plagued by this bug for several months.  Sun does not seem to be solving this issue for the community, and the fix has been around for a year.  You saved me from an expensive hardware switch to a Marvell chipset.

		<description>I&#039;ve been waiting forever to start experimenting with Solaris because of this infamous bug (and an unfortunate buying decision), and I didn&#039;t like the idea of trusting all of my precious data to an OpenSolaris/Solaris Express build.

So this should allow me to finally use that card (which has been sitting on my self laughing at me since past summer) with a &quot;fully stable&quot; Solaris 10 :-)
